Redesigning the Fertility Support SG Website
We rebuilt Fertility Support SG’s website into a welcoming, easy-to-manage resource for individuals and couples on their fertility journey, and launched it alongside Singapore’s first Workplace Fertility Support Guide.

Fertility Support SG was founded in 2020 by a group of women who had walked through the challenges of infertility themselves. It is a fully volunteer-run non-profit that offers resources, community, and compassionate support to others on the same path. Their website needed to reflect that care, and to be something their small, non-technical team could keep running. We rebuilt it from the ground up.

The Challenge
Why the Website Needed to Change
The redesign had two jobs: make the site feel like the warm, reassuring support the organisation provides, and put it on a platform the team could manage themselves.
The previous website was built on Wix. It looked dated, but the bigger problem was practical. Fertility Support SG is run entirely by volunteers, working professionals giving their time, none with a technical background. Updating content and keeping it organised on the old site was a struggle, so resources went out of date and the site could not grow with the community it served.
